🌿 About the role

As a florist with us, you will be an important part of an engaged team where creativity and customer interactions are at the center. You help customers find the right flowers for their needs and ensure that the store always feels inspiring, well-stocked, and sales-oriented.

With us, you will work in a warm and positive environment where ideas quickly become reality – and where it always smells of freshly tied bouquets. You will have varied tasks, ranging from taking care of customers, working at the checkout, to unpacking goods. You will be involved in the daily sales work and collaborate between different departments. Receiving goods, displaying products, and restocking are some of the common tasks.

💐 Your main tasks

• Bind bouquets and create seasonal arrangements
• Provide personal service and advice to customers
• Restock goods and display according to Blomsterlandet's concept
• Care for plants and ensure that the store is always in top condition
• Contribute to a good atmosphere and strong teamwork in the store

🌼 We are looking for someone who

• Has training as a florist and preferably experience from a flower shop
• Is service-oriented, meticulous, and positive
• Has a sense of color, form, and sales-oriented display
• Thrives in an active pace and takes responsibility for both customers and colleagues?
• Wants to help create an atmosphere throughout the year?

🕒 Practical information

Employment type: 80% temporary/seasonal 2026-03-01 - 2026-08-31. You will work approximately 5 days a week, mixing weekends and weekdays. For those who want to work more than 80%, there are usually extra shifts/hours available.
